Maurizio Gauarini is a name associate with one of Italy's most famous prog-rock groups Goblin, whose soundtrack for the film Suspiria remains one of the great all-time scores for a horror /suspense film. Guarini will welcome a trove of local Toronto musicians to flesh out his work and breathe new life into classic Goblin tracks as well. For fans of experimental prog rock and cinematic music, this show is not to be missed!

The Canadian Entertainment Industry Golf Tournament is back; this year in support of The Unison Benevolent Fund. The tournament has always been about good times, great networking, and if luck has it, a birdie or two. Come at 11:00 to register and enjoy lunch. Golf4Good promises good times for a good cause! There is also a smaller event, but one that will also get you some serious exercise! The 2nd Annual Ride For Unison takes place Thursday June 20th beginning at 8am. The 50K course covers beautiful Toronto, takes you around the Zoo and back and guarantees to provide participants great fun while supporting a very worthwhile cause. Later this month, thousands of musicians will be performing for locals and tourists alike as the TD Toronto Jazz Festival hits Toronto for its' 26th year! Trombone Shorty, Niki Yanofsky and David Sanborn are coming to town, as are Willie Nelson, Gregory Porter and Boz Scaggs. On top of the stages at Nathan Phillips Square (Toronto city hall) there will also be concerts at The Distillery, Harbourfront's En Wave Theatre and all the usual jazz joints across the GTA. Get your tickets for the big shows early and be sure to go over all the local listings too so you can figure out what shows you want to see. With so much talent, it's a daunting task but we at Bullhorn always recommend advance tickets so you are not disappointed to find it sold out.
